Jim, 58, Fryburg, died 5:22 p.m., at Bethesda Medical Center at Arrow Springs from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident in Warren Co.

He was the son of Harold and Venice (Scott) Zwiebel. His mother survives in Fryburg. On Nov 16, 1973, he married Annabelle Tester, who survives in Fryburg.

Also surviving are a son, Daniel (Brandi), Wapakoneta; a daughter, Jaime (Chad) Metzger, Wapakoneta; three sisters, Sharon (Darryl) Kohlrieser and Peg (Bill) Schlenker, all Wapakoneta, and Deb (Jon) Boyer, Botkins; mother-in-law, Wilma Tester, Moulton; brother-in-law, Gene (Cathy) Tester, Moulton; four grandchildren, Abigail & Nathan Metzger, Alyssa & Kaelyn Zwiebel; and several nieces & nephews.

Deceased are a grandson, Lance Zwiebel; and his father-in-law, Howard Tester.

He worked as a truck driver with Ted Ruck Trucking, Wapakoneta, and had been a farmer. A 1968 graduate of Wapakoneta High School, he was a veteran of The U.S. Army from 1968 until 1970, serving 14 months in Vietnam as a Sergeant E5 with the 4th Infantry Brigade, Long Range Reconnaissance Patrol/Rangers. He was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Wapakoneta. He served as a commander of the V.F.W. Post 8445, and was a member of the D.A.V. Auglaize Co. Ch. #73, the Breakfast Optimist Club, the American Legion, Post #330, and the Amvets Post# 333, all of Wapakoneta. He dearly loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle, playing Texas Holdem, and tinkering in his tool shed with his old cars.

Funeral services will be at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, St. Rt. 501, Wapakoneta, Dr. Alex Gondola officiating.
